Attachment Validation
Rexpondo validates all attachments uploaded to tickets to prevent potentially harmful files from entering the system. Only file types explicitly listed below are accepted; all others are blocked automatically.
If an attachment is rejected, the system shows a message indicating the reason. If you need further assistance, contact your system administrator.
Allowed File Extensions
