This menu item opens the administrator interface, which is described very detailed in the **Administration Manual**.

   This menu item is only available for agents who have administrator privileges.


AI Features (Margot)
--------------------

Starting from Rexpondo 12.4, the system includes AI-powered features through the Margot engine. These features are available exclusively to agents who belong to the *ai-enabled* group:

- **AI Summary**: generates an automatic summary of a ticket conversation directly in the *Ticket Zoom* screen.
- **AI Suggestion**: suggests a reply text when composing an answer to a ticket article, accessible via the *Reply* screen.
- **Chatbot**: allows agents to interact with the Margot AI assistant from within the *Ticket Zoom* screen.

To enable access to these features, an administrator must assign agents to the *ai-enabled* group through the *Groups* module in the administration interface.
